Have you forgotten who you are?

Every moment that has ever been has led to this one. Every moment that will ever be is built upon this same one. This moment could not possibly be any other way than precisely what it is. It is the very definition of perfection, as it could not be anything else. It is, and therefore it is perfect.

Remember that you are a part of this moment. You are a walking, talking, breathing, thinking, loving, learning participant in this utterly perfect slice of time. If you’ve already accepted that this moment is exactly what it needs to be and is therefore perfect, how could you be anything but? You are a perfect member of a perfect moment in a perfect universe.

Divine perfection is not ours to write. Divine perfection is ours to participate in, watch unfold and help to create by putting one foot in front of the next. Yesterday and tomorrow do not exist outside of our hamster wheel story generators. What are you doing in this moment?

Inhale and feel the divine perfection that you are. Exhale and feel yourself in and as a part of the divine perfection that surrounds you and comprises you. Be one with the universe and know peace.

Have you forgotten who you are?

You are a perfect being in this divine perfection. What do perfect beings do? Be the verb, be the noun.

Who are you? What are you doing here?

I am a being. I am being.

Inhale into the noun and exhale the verb.

I am a being.

I am being.
